Kathleen is born and raised in Kansas City. She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City and began her career with ten years at a non-profit - Friends of Chamber Music. Here she learned how important volunteers are to our community. And the art of giving back! Following the non-profit world, she spent the next 20 years in corporate marketing with Sprint and H&R Block.

Currently, Kathleen is the owner of TrueKC Team Real Estate with ReeceNichols and can’t believe it took her so long to find the career that she loves so very much. Along the way, she has adopted her furry kids from Great Plains SPCA, Wayside Waifs, and Unleashed Pet Rescue.
